TATTOO DEPOSIT AND APPOINTMENT POLICY

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an approved tattoo appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in the loss of the deposit.
A new deposit may be required to schedule another appointment.
Clients must be at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued photo identification.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the appointment or require rescheduling.
Final pricing may vary based on the tattoo’s size, detail, placement, and required time.
Top Notch Tattoo Studio reserves the right to decline a project or refuse service at its discretion.
